This huge, 11 700km² game reserve is one of the greatest in the
world. It is especially known for its large numbers of elephant and
over 450 bird species. It also features an annual zebra migration.
The game reserve is known for its fantastic wildlife, like the Big
Five. One of the prime areas in Chobe, is the Savuti Channel - a strange,
yet beautiful natural phenomenon: this waterway periodically dries
up or fills with water, for no reason. There are always lots of animals
congregating here, as well as at the Linyati and Chobe Rivers.
